目的探讨三维立体坐标器和特制异物钳在子宫肌层内细小金属异物(断裂节育环、断裂缝针)取出术中的应用价值,来寻找取出子宫肌层内细小金属异物安全有效的新方法。方法先采用三维立体坐标器行子宫肌层内金属异物精确定位后,再用带磁性的配套特制异物钳(均获国家发明专利)钳取88例子宫肌层内金属异物。结果 88例子宫肌层内金属异物,其中25例为断裂残留于子宫肌层内金属IUD,63例嵌顿于子宫肌层内的断裂缝针,全部一次取出,平均手术时间为10.3 min,无子宫大量出血、子宫穿孔等手术并发症发生。结论三维立体坐标器和特制异物钳应用于子宫肌层内细小金属异物取出术,是又一种定位精确,取出成功率高,手术时间短,并发症少,无严重并发症的微创手术。
Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional coordinate system and special foreign body forceps in removal of small metallic foreign bodies (ruptured IUD, rupture needle) in myometrium to find a new safe and effective method for removing small metallic foreign bodies in myometrium. Methods Three-dimensional three-dimensional coordinate system was used to accurately locate metallic foreign bodies in the myometrium, and then 88 patients with metallic myometrial foreign bodies were clamped with special magnetic foreign aid clamps (all obtained national patents). Results 88 cases of intrauterine myometrial metal foreign bodies, including 25 cases of rupture of the metal IUD in the myometrium, 63 cases of incision in the myometrial rupture of the needle, all removed at one time, the average operation time was 10.3 min, no Uterine massive bleeding, uterine perforation and other surgical complications. Conclusion The application of three-dimensional coordinate system and special foreign body forceps in the removal of small metallic foreign bodies in the myometrium is another minimally invasive surgery with accurate positioning, high success rate, short operation time, few complications and no serious complication.
