某小区工程交付使用后,有四户业主投诉外墙渗漏问题。经现场勘验,四户投诉的渗漏部位均为标准一层的外墙腰线部位。腰线在标准一层地面上60cm处,本部位建筑作法如图1所示。经分析造成该部位渗漏的主要原因是施工操作不当。在外墙抹找平层、保温层、保温保护层和外墙面层时,均是按先做竖向墙面做法后再做腰线外挑水平部分做法的顺序施工。这样在腰线上部竖向
After the delivery of a residential project, four owners complained that the problem of external wall leakage.
