目的 了解鹤壁市医院消毒管理现状,提出相应改进措施.方法 本文对鹤壁市32家医疗机构的消毒工作现状进行现场采样监测分析.结果 监测样品总体合格率为83.85%,市级及厂矿级医院合格率分别为84.51%、83.33%.灭菌器械物品合格率为85.05%,其中,牙科器械、针灸针、采血针合格率分别为80.00%、90.00%和86.67%;各种消毒液合格率为83.72%;空气、处理后污水合格率分别为75.00%、66.67%.结论 我市医院消毒工作还存在一定问题,消毒监测合格率需进一步提高.“,”Objective To know the disinfection management status of hospital in Hebi,and put forward corresponding improvement measures.Method Analyzed the disinfection status of 32 hospitals in Hebi by field sampling.Results The total eligible rate of the monitoring samples was 83.85%,the eligible rate of city hospital,factories and mines hospital were 84.51%and 83.33% respectively.Disinfection device eligible rate was 85.05%,in them,dental instruments,acupuncture needle,blood taking needle were 80.00%、90.00% and 86.67% respectively.The eligible rate of thimerosal was 83.72%,operating room air was 75.00%,disposed sewage was 66.67%.Conclusions The results showed that serious problems exist in disinfection work of hospitals,the eligible rate of the disinfection need to be improved.
