发展农产品加工业是推进农业和农村经济结构调整的一项重点任务,是建设现代农业的重要内容和必由之路,是农业贯彻科学发展观的重要一跳。本刊主编张成龙参加了中国农学会于2005年6月28日-30日在大连举办的国家支农政策项目与加强农业综合生产能力建设研修班之后,更坚定了办好《农产品加工》杂志的信念。会上,他就农产品加工推进行动的主要内容、重大进展和今后的发展措施等读者关心的问题采访了农业部乡镇企业局局长、农产品加工业领导小组办公室主任甘士明。
The development of agricultural product processing industry is a key task of promoting the adjustment of the agricultural and rural economic structure. It is an important part and the only way to build modern agriculture. It is also an important milestone in implementing the scientific concept of development in agriculture.
