针对化工操作优化过程中稳态优化结果的动态响应可能超出约束的问题,提出了一种基于动态响应的变约束迭代优化方法。在稳态优化算法的基础上,将优化结果施加给动态模型,根据动态模型的动态响应来反馈修正稳态优化的约束,对稳态优化约束修正的过程反复迭代,直至得到的稳态优化结果的动态响应满足原始约束。将基于动态响应的变约束迭代优化方法应用在串联CSTR的操作优化中,并分别就有控制器和无控制器两种情况进行了讨论。优化结果表明,无论有无控制器,利用基于动态响应的变约束迭代优化方法修正约束后得到的稳态优化结果能够满足动态响应不破坏原始约束的要求;由于在有控制器的情况下,被控变量无法出现较大范围的波动,对约束的破坏量更小,因此在有控制器的情况下可以获得更好的优化解,本例中操作优化收益可以提高2.3%。
Aiming at the problem that the dynamic response of the steady-state optimization result may exceed the constraint during the chemical operation optimization, a variable iterative optimization method based on the dynamic response is proposed. Based on the steady-state optimization algorithm, the optimization results are applied to the dynamic model, and the constraints of the steady-state optimization are fed back according to the dynamic response of the dynamic model. The steady-state optimization constraint iterative process is iterated until the steady state optimization result The dynamic response satisfies the original constraint. The variable response iterative optimization method based on dynamic response is applied to the operation optimization of tandem CSTR, and the controller and the controllerless controller are discussed respectively. The optimization results show that the steady-state optimization results obtained by using the iterative optimization method based on the dynamic response with constraint constraints can satisfy the requirement that the dynamic response does not destroy the original constraints, irrespective of the presence or the absence of a controller. In the case of a controller, The control variables can not fluctuate in a wide range and have less damage to the constraints, so a better optimal solution can be obtained in the case of a controller. In this example, the operating optimization yield can be increased by 2.3%.
