目的 解决医院布类物品的消毒。方法 普通被服采用 0 .0 5 %、0 .0 75 %复方三氯异氰尿酸 (消毒灵 )溶液 ,污染严重布类采用 0 .0 5 %、0 .0 75 %、0 .1%消毒灵溶液 ,分别浸泡 15～ 35 m in,每一浓度均采样培养 30次。结果普通被服用 0 .0 5 %消毒灵溶液浸泡 2 5 m in,污染严重布类用 0 .0 75 %消毒灵溶液浸泡 2 0 min,合格率达 10 0 % ;经统计学处理 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 消毒灵能有效、短时间内对医院布类达到较好的消毒效果。
Objective To solve the disinfection of hospital cloth items. Methods Ordinary clothing was used 0 .0 5%, 0.75% compound trichloroisocyanuric acid (disinfection Ling) solution, the serious pollution of the cloth with 0 .0 5%, 0. 0 75%, 0 .1% Solution, respectively, soaking 15 ~ 35 m in, each concentration were sampled and cultured 30 times. The results were routinely taken 0. 05% disinfectant solution soak 25min, serious contamination with 0. 0 75% disinfectant solution soak 20min, with a pass rate of 10%; by statistical analysis, P < 0 .0 5. Conclusion Disinfection is effective and can achieve good disinfection effect to the hospital cloths in a short period of time.
