目的分析宝石加工企业工作场所噪声危害的情况,了解工作场所中噪声危害的主要问题,提出解决的措施。方法对清远市某宝石加工企业工作场所进行噪声强度检测与评价,同时对575名噪声作业工人进行职业健康检查,评价其职业健康损害情况。结果该宝石加工企业工作场所噪声超标率达77.6%,噪声强度为(88.4±6.0)dB(A),其中85.0~95.0 dB(A)的占75.0%;职业健康检查检出听力损失118人(20.5%)。噪声危害较重的是熔炉、磨钻、圆磨等车间。工人听力损失检出率随着工龄、年龄的增加而升高(P<0.01),随噪声强度的增加而升高(P<0.01)。结论该宝石加工企业工作场所噪声污染严重,应引起重视。对接触噪声作业人员应做好个人听力防护。
Objective To analyze the noise hazards in the workplace of gem processing enterprises, understand the main problems of noise hazards in the workplace and propose solutions. Methods The noise intensity of a gemstone processing enterprise in Qingyuan City was detected and evaluated for its noise intensity. At the same time, 575 noise-exposed workers were inspected for their occupational health and their occupational health damage was evaluated. Noise exposure to the operator should do a good job in personal hearing protection.
