马铃薯是浙南山区主要的冬季粮食作物,随着耕作制度的改革和冬季农业的开发,我县稻田种植马铃薯的面积,1988年为5000亩左右,到1992年已达18100余亩,近年来我们利用低海拔地区早春回温早,光热充足的优势,积极发展早熟马铃薯栽培,据不完全统计:1991~1993年销到杭州,上海等地的鲜马铃薯达8000多吨,产值达500多万元。其中渤海镇,梅坑村陈志银等农户种植的15亩早熟马铃薯,平均亩产1235.4公斤,亩产值1345元。成 Potato is the main winter grain crops in mountainous areas of southern Zhejiang.
