目的观察与比较经曲霉菌种和根霉菌种转化后的雷公藤甲醇总提取物的药理活性和毒性反应,为筛选具有保持或提高雷公藤活性、降低毒性的生物转化菌种提供实验依据。方法采用急性和慢性炎症模型、免疫器官质量及细胞免疫试验考察转化产物的药理活性;采用ip给药途径观察急性毒性反应。结果曲霉菌种转化后甲醇总提取物(TW1)的抗炎、免疫抑制作用略有增强,且毒性明显降低;根霉菌种转化总提取物(TW2)毒性有所降低,但抗炎、免疫抑制作用也略有下降。结论曲霉菌种和根霉菌种转化后的甲醇总提取物在抗炎、免疫抑制作用和急性毒性方面发生了一定的变化,减毒增效作用以曲霉菌种较为明显。
OBJECTIVE To observe and compare the pharmacological activities and toxicity of total methanol extract of Tripterygium wilfordii transformed with Aspergillus and Rhizopus strains, and to provide experimental basis for screening biotransformation strains with the activity of maintaining or increasing Tripterygium wilfordii and reducing toxicity. Methods Acute and chronic inflammation models were used to assess the pharmacological activities of the transformed products by the quality of immune organs and the cellular immunity test. The acute toxicity was observed by ip administration. Results The anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of the total methanol extract (TW1) after the transformation of Aspergillus sp. Were slightly enhanced and the toxicity was significantly reduced. The total TW2 toxicity of Rhizopus sp. Was decreased, but the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive The role of a slight decline. Conclusion The total methanol extract of Aspergillus species and Rhizopus species transformed in a certain degree of change in anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive and acute toxicity, the role of attenuated synergistic Aspergillus species is more obvious.
