今年上半年采取观望态度的刚性需求消费者.从6月开始已经逐步入市。手中握有闲钱的享受型兼投资型买家.更是清楚的认识到在高通货膨胀时期,房产比存放于银行的现金更具有保值增值的能力。有了消费需求效应释放的要求与开发商降价出货的压力.市场的成交量必然放大。
