目的:探讨东莞花园粥城健康饮食文化的作用和意义。方法:釆取随机采访不同角度的人群,选择具有代表性的食材基地进行实地考察,分析讨论。结果:花园粥城结合自身条件,地域实际情况和整合人力资源,最大限度地发挥各种优势,在健康饮食文化传播中做了大量工作,得到了东莞市干群以及“健康之旅”团队的充分肯定和认可。结论:结合顾客的健康饮食文化理念、经济收入、地域菜肴与消费水平等的特点,在摸索管理健康饮食文化的工作中取得了较好的成绩,得到了全社会的好评,实现企业与顾客的双嬴。
Objective: To explore the function and significance of healthy eating culture in Dongguan Garden City. Methods: Take a random interview with people from different angles, choose a representative of the food base for field visits, analysis and discussion.
