田径教学是体育教育的重要组成部分。但在教学实践中发现,中职学校的田径教学普遍存在教学理念滞后、教学定位模糊、教学内容和方法陈旧以及教学评估和考核单一等诸多问题。笔者结合自身的教学经验,提出对提高中职学校田径教学有效性的探索,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,引起同行的重视。
Track and field teaching is an important part of physical education. However, in teaching practice, it is found that there are many problems in track and field teaching in secondary vocational schools, such as lagging teaching philosophy, vague teaching orientation, obsolete teaching contents and methods, and single evaluation of teaching and examination. Based on my own teaching experience, the author puts forward the exploration of improving the effectiveness of track and field teaching in secondary vocational schools, hoping to play a valuable role in attracting scholars and attract more attention from peers.
