为了改善沙柳材和塑料复合板材的结合强度,本研究利用扫描电镜,对复合板内沙柳材刨花与塑料界面进行了微观结构观察。分析探讨了偶联剂种类和偶联剂用量对沙柳材塑料复合板界面相容性的影响。结果表明,本研究所采用的三种偶联剂均可明显改善沙柳材塑料复合板的界面相容性。以y―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)的效果最好,SEM图显示,偶联剂加入量由0%变化到6%,塑料在刨花之间的分布越来越均匀,而且随着偶联剂用量增加,效果渐好。
In order to improve the bonding strength between Salix matsutake and plastic composite plate, the microstructure observation of Sawgrass shavings and plastic interface in the composite plate was carried out by scanning electron microscopy. The influence of the type of coupling agent and the amount of coupling agent on the interfacial compatibility of Salix matsutra plastic composite board was analyzed. The results show that the three coupling agents used in this study can significantly improve the interfacial compatibility of Salix plastic composites. The best results were obtained with y-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (KH550). The SEM images showed that the amount of coupling agent changed from 0% to 6%, the distribution of plastic between shavings became more and more uniform, The amount of coupling agent increases, the effect getting better.
