目前,我国煤矿拥有各种型号的综采设备二百二十三套,平均工作面一百二十多个,每年工作面搬迁约二百次。有的单位一套设备一年要搬家三至四次,每搬迁一次平均四十五天左右,个别单位需两个半月时间。如能将搬家倒面时间,轻型支架缩短到十天以内,重型支架缩短到一个月,每年将多出煤三、四百万吨,对增产煤炭是有重大意义的。开滦矿务局唐山矿和平顶山矿务局十矿在这方面为我们提供了很好的经验。部已于六月份分别在这两个矿组织了快速搬家现场观摩。在全国煤矿推广他们的主要经验是:1.矿领导重视,每次搬家矿有关领导都亲自参加方案研究,设计审查和现场指挥;2.讲科学,不蛮干,综采设备的拆除和安装先要做出设计,并由有关人员进行会审,审查批准后严格按设计执行;3.计划周密,分工明确,责任到人,任务包干;4.不断改进拆、装、运、支等工具设备和工艺;5.拆、装有定额,超额有奖;6.讲究质量,搬家三天后,要达到正常产量,才算搬家合格;7.丢失零件要由责任者负责赔偿。这里介绍的唐山矿的经验,很值得参考、借鉴。望各单位能创造更多更好的经验,以推动综采不断发展。
