为了更好地完成药剂科任务的开展,我院通过加强对药剂科从业医师、药剂任务完成以及药品这三方面的管理,就其目前的开展状况,进而来实现对药剂管理活动的重视与发展。同时,在这个过程中,借助于药剂科的管理来实现医院本身的发展。就其的社会效益与经济效益着手,来推动医疗事业的发展。并且,在对药剂科进行管理的时候,需要充分认识到其重要的地位,切实地做到科学有效的管理,实现医院药剂科应有的价值。
