温浩杰2003年10月进入钱江晚报都市新闻部工作,2006年起先后六次受集团委派到四家县市报负责指导改版工作,2010年10月起担任温岭日报常务副总编辑。三年来,他自觉以徐永辉、俞佳友等先进人物为榜样,克服一家分居三地等困难,在温岭日报社党组和编委会的支持下,激情工作,大胆创新,坚持新闻为民,始终服务大局,带头深入一线,努力培养人才,为温岭日报事业发展和转型升级作出了重要贡献。目前,温岭日报无论是办报质量,还是新闻作品获奖数量,均在集团9家县市报中名列前茅,得到当地党委、政府的充分肯定和社会各界的普遍认同。温浩杰是浙报集团干部职工身边的先进典型,是学习徐永辉、俞佳友活动中涌现出来的优秀代表,也是集团党员干部实践党的群众路线的标杆。
