戴角膜接触镜者有时发生眼搔痒、分泌物增多、眼充血等症状的过敏性结膜炎。Allansmith等曾报告戴镜引起上睑结膜巨大乳头增生,并认为其原因与免疫学机理有关。但此巨大乳头与春季卡他性结膜炎的乳头的差异尚不明确。作者认为探讨接触镜引起乳头增生机理可能有助于了解春季卡他性结膜炎的乳头增生的病因。病例选择:过敏性结膜炎患者中戴镜者17例,其中戴硬接触镜(HCL)8例、戴软接触镜(SCL)8例、假眼1例。研讨发病年龄、戴镜时间、眼部所见,并进行了血清放射性变态反应吸附试验(RAST)。用放射性免疫吸附试验(RIST),测定了血清IgE值。结果:(1)发病年龄、性别、戴镜时间:戴软、硬接触镜者平均年龄均为21.6岁;男女比例为7:10,8例戴软接触镜者中有7例女性;戴
Occasionally wear eye contact lenses, itching, secretions, eye congestion and other symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis. Allansmith et al. Reported that wearing glasses caused by large conjunctival papilla hyperplasia, and that the reason is related to the immunological mechanism. However, the difference between this huge nipple and the spring catarrhal conjunctivitis is unclear. The authors believe that exploring the mechanism by which contact lenses cause papillary hyperplasia may help to understand the etiology of spring catarrhal conjunctivitis. Case selection: wearing glasses in 17 patients with allergic conjunctivitis, including wearing hard contact lens (HCL) in 8 cases, wearing soft contact lens (SCL) in 8 cases, 1 case of false eye.
