自1961年普遍接种白喉制剂以来,我县己连续27年无白喉病例发生.为了解无白喉时期人群免疫状况,为制定白喉消除阶段的控制措施提供科学依据,我们连续多年进行了白喉流行病学和免疫学监测,现将资料分析如下:1 材料与方法免疫水平监测采用锡克氏试验法,流行病学资料来自县疫情分析和流行病学、计划免疫调查考核资料.
Our county has had no cases of diphtheria for 27 consecutive years since the universal diphtheria preparation was administered in 1961. To provide a scientific basis for the control of diphtheria in order to understand the population’s immune status during diphtheria, we conducted the Diphtheria Epidemiology And immunological surveillance, the data are as follows now: 1 Materials and Methods Immunological monitoring using Sick’s test method, epidemiological data from the county epidemiological analysis and epidemiological survey of immunization survey data.
