山西省武术队是我国武术套路项目比赛中公认的一支劲旅。自1992年以来特别重视提高运动员的专项耐力水平,采用了质高量适大强度间歇训练法,即要求完成动作的质量高、采用大强度负荷、负荷量的安排保证大强度负荷的完成、严格控制间歇时间、以整套练习形式为主、间歇时不采用任何积极性休息方式,有效地提高了运动员的专项耐力水平。该方法有效的主要原因在于高效地提高了运动员的无氧供能能力和对乳酸的耐受能力,符合武术套路竞赛的能量代谢特点。
