目的探讨螺旋CT医学图像三维重建在骨肿瘤诊断中的价值及其对手术的指导意义。方法对128例骨肿瘤患者采用螺旋CT进行薄层扫描和三维重建进行诊断。CT扫描全部采用Siemens SOMATOM Sensation16型多排高速螺旋CT机,1.0mm层厚。扫描所得断层资料通过网络传送至计算机工作站进行处理。采用Window.NT3.51平合上Insight三维重建软件进行三维重建。结果三维CT图像能够围绕X轴和Z轴任意旋转、切割以从不同角度观察,能够清晰显示骨肿瘤与周围组织结构的解剖形态特点。结论三维CT重建在骨肿瘤的诊断及手术方案的制订方面具有很大的临床应用价值,有助于骨肿瘤的立体定位和肿瘤破坏范围的正确评估,并为手术入路的设计、重建和内固定选择提供客观依据。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional reconstruction of medical images by spiral CT in the diagnosis of bone tumors and its guiding significance for surgery. Methods Thirty-eight patients with bone tumors were diagnosed by thin-section scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction with spiral CT. CT scan using Siemens SOMATOM Sensation16 multi-row high-speed spiral CT machine, 1.0mm layer thickness. The scanned tomographic data is sent over the network to a computer workstation for processing. Using Window.NT3.51 flat with Insight 3D reconstruction software for 3D reconstruction. Results The three-dimensional CT images could be rotated around the X-axis and the Z-axis, and cut from different angles to clearly show the anatomic features of the bone tumor and the surrounding tissue. Conclusion Three-dimensional CT reconstruction has great clinical value in the diagnosis of bone tumors and the development of surgical plans. It is helpful for the accurate assessment of the stereotaxicity and the extent of tumor destruction in the bone tumors. Fixed choice to provide an objective basis.
