刘×,男性,3岁,广东文昌县人,第三胎足月顺产。第一胎男性,第二胎女性,均健在,除母亲怀孕期间,经常有齿龈出血外,其他家人未发现出血疾病史。患儿出生后一般情况好,一岁时头部外伤出血不止,以后常有皮肤紫癜和轻微外伤出血不止史。入院前一周,不明原因发热,偶有喷射性呕吐,多为食后,吐出物为胃内容物,无抽搐昏迷或言行异常,大小便正常。三天来嗜睡,晚上头痛加重,经治疗无效,门诊拟“结核性脑膜炎”入院。
