如果将教学比作是一场合唱,那么教室便是合唱的舞台,学生便是合唱人员,老师便是合唱的指挥者。如何尽善尽美地完成这场合唱,教师的指挥作用就得到了充分的施展。在新时期的教学中,教师的素质也需要进一步的提高。本文拟将提高初中语文教师的素质需求为研究对象,从教学理念、教学能力、教学热情和道德水准四个方面进行一番研究,旨在为新时期塑造出具有综合能力的高素质教师队伍。
If teaching is likened to a choir, then the classroom is the stage for choral music, the students are choral musicians, and the teacher is the choral conductor. How to complete this chorus perfectly, the role of the teacher’s command has been fully demonstrated. In the new era of teaching, the quality of teachers also need to be further improved. This article intends to improve the quality of junior high school language teachers as the research object, from the teaching philosophy, teaching ability, enthusiasm and moral standards of four aspects of a study aimed at shaping a comprehensive high-quality teachers for the new era.
