针对EBJ-160悬臂式重型掘进机具有结构紧凑、机身矮、重心低等特点,结合行星齿轮减速器传动的优点,设计一种符合该型掘进机截割部的减速器。设计所采用的方法是根据结构尺寸初选齿轮的相关参数,再按照齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲强度进行齿轮设计,达到满足复杂工况条件下使用的要求。该研究为掘进机截割部减速器的设计提供了指导。
The EBJ-160 cantilever heavy duty roadheader has the advantages of compact structure, short fuselage and low center of gravity. Combined with the advantages of planetary gear reducer transmission, a reducer is designed to meet the cutting of the cutting machine of this type of roadheader. The method adopted in the design is to design the gear according to the relative parameters of the primary gear of the structure size, and then to design the gear according to the contact fatigue strength and the bending strength of the tooth root so as to meet the requirements of using under complicated working conditions. The research provides guidance for designing the reducer of cutting machine cutting machine.
