报童小学是一所具有光荣传统的学校。1938年,我国现代著名教育家、儿童教育专家陈鹤琴先生在中国共产党抗日统一战线的感召下,创办了报童学校。解放战争时期,党的上海地下组织领导着一支少年儿童的革命队伍——报童近卫军。报童学子们积极参与,他们秘密地散发传单,张贴标语,搜集情报,为党为人民做了不少工作。可以这样说,我校的校史是上海奋斗史、革命史的一部分。这种资源不是每个学校所能拥有的。
Newsboy primary school is a glorious tradition of the school. In 1938, under the inspiration of the Chinese Communist Party’s anti-Japanese united front, Mr. Chen Heqin, a famous modern educator and children’s education expert in our country, founded Newsboy School. During the War of Liberation, the party’s underground organization in Shanghai led a junta’s revolutionary contingent: the newsboy Guards. Newsboy students actively participated in the secret distribution of leaflets, posting slogans and collecting intelligence for the party to do a lot of work for the people. It can be said that the history of our university is part of the struggles in Shanghai and the history of revolution. This resource is not available to every school.
