福建海洋资源开发利用,是促进福建经济又好又快发展的重要途径。提高福建海洋经济综合竞争力,必须清醒认识海洋资源对福建发展的功能作用,并从巩固提升福建海洋战略地位、完成“十二五”发展目标及实现海西建设与福建跨越发展等方面,进一步认识提高海洋经济竞争力的迫切性。拓展海洋在未来发展中的作用空间,必须突破省域界限,从更加开放的角度合理规划和配置港口资源;加强海洋科技研发;拓宽海洋经济发展领域;发展海洋战略性新兴产业;建设高新技术产业园区;发展海洋县域经济,打造海洋强县;加快海峡西岸经济区海洋合作。
The exploitation and utilization of marine resources in Fujian is an important way to promote sound and rapid economic development in Fujian Province. To enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of marine economy in Fujian, we must clearly recognize the functional role of marine resources in the development of Fujian Province. From the perspective of consolidating and enhancing Fujian’s maritime strategic position, completing the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” development goal and realizing the development of the Hercynian and Fujian’s leapfrog development , To further understand the urgency of enhancing the competitiveness of the marine economy. To expand the role of the oceans in the future development, we must break through the boundaries of the province and rationally plan and allocate port resources from a more open perspective. We should strengthen research and development in marine science and technology, broaden the field of marine economic development, develop maritime strategic emerging industries, and build high-tech industries Park; the development of marine county economy, build a strong maritime county; speed up the western part of the Taiwan Strait Economic Zone ocean cooperation.
