2020年注定是令人难忘的一年,由于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情肆虐,在新春伊始,突如其来的灾难给我们老师和孩子都上了生动而又深刻的一节社会课。对于疫情期间参与网络教学的教师们来说也是一次挑战,疫情期间的班级管理更是一次革新,往日的班级管理成了线上管理,班主任每天穿梭在各种微群信、钉钉群、各种空中平台的课堂,管理难度增大,琐碎的事情更多。那么线上教学如何有效渗透于班级管理中呢? 我想从以下几点来谈谈:
