今年以来,很多用小高炉铁炼钢的转炉钢厂在吹炼操作上普通发生“后吹”现象,即当钢水中炭元素已经放氧化到0.08%甚至0.06%还继续吹炼的一种不正常操作。“后吹”能使钢水大量氧化,吹损增加,冶炼时间延长,炉衬寿命降低,严重地影响到钢产量和质量的提高,因此曾被今年6月间在青岛召开的全国转炉炼钢会议所反对。7月份起我厂在认真贯彻青岛全国转炉炼钢会议精神的同时,针对“后吹”操作进行了较详尽地试验研究工作,通过研究找出了“后吹”危害性
