目的借助氢化物发生装置的工作原理,对重金属进行形态分析。方法以砷的检测为例,通过对实验样品进行浸提,控制pH值等手段,实现砷不同形态的分离。结果实验实现了贻贝样品中不同形态砷的分离检测。砷(Ⅲ)加标回收率为102.8%,砷(Ⅴ)回收率为96.2%,各形态砷检测精密度介于2.19%~3.12%,方法检出限可达0.0014mg/kg。结论借助于氢化物发生装置的独特原理,通过特殊的样品前处理,可实现对重金属的形态分析。
Purpose With the working principle of hydride generator, the morphology of heavy metals was analyzed. Methods Taking the detection of arsenic as an example, the separation of arsenic from different forms was achieved through the extraction of experimental samples and the control of pH value. Results The experiment achieved the separation and detection of different forms of arsenic in mussel samples. The recovery of arsenic (Ⅲ) was 102.8% and the recovery of arsenic (Ⅴ) was 96.2%. The detection precision of arsenic was between 2.19% and 3.12%. The detection limit was 0.0014mg / kg. Conclusion With the unique principle of the hydride generator, the morphological analysis of heavy metals can be achieved through special sample preparation.
