韩×,男,10岁。初诊:1996—5—26。 患儿3年前高烧数日不退,头晕,颈背强痛。一日夜间,在熟睡中突然跃起,烦躁哭闹,十多分钟后复躺倒入睡,一夜发作三次。次晨,头晕加重,对夜惊之事茫然不知。发热期间,每夜均发作,热退后,发作次数减少到一次。一般间隔3—5日发作一次。3年来持续不断,随经多方求治而疗效不佳。半月前,患儿因患腮腺炎发烧,发作次数又转频繁,每夜发作3—4次,严重时,白天睡眠中亦发作。查:患儿神情呆滞,面白无华,舌质红,苔白腻,脉弦滑。证属痰
