【目的】为了解海桐内生真菌资源组成及其生态分布特征。【方法】采用组织分离和形态分类的方法对海桐内生真菌进行分离和鉴定。【结果】海桐内生真菌菌群由子囊菌（78.55%）、接合菌（1.21%）及无孢菌群（20.21%）构成,分属于5纲,12目,17科,23属。在纲的水平上,以座囊菌纲（Dothideomycetes）的相对多度为最高,占38.04%;在目的水平上,以格孢腔菌目（Pleosporales）的相对多度为最高,占29.95%;在科的水平上,以格孢菌科（Pleosporaceae）的相对多度为最高,占
