建立了一种油茶籽中苯并(α)芘残留的前处理方法及检测技术。方法采用石油醚超声提取油茶籽中苯并(α)芘,利用氢氧化钾乙醇溶液皂化除油,石油醚液浸出萃取,高效液相色谱法检测。方法LOQ为0.1μg/kg,平均回收率为84.0%~94.0%,相对标准偏差为4.29%~8.26%。结果表明,该方法重现性好、灵敏度高、操作简单、结果准确,适用于油茶籽中苯并(α)芘残留检测。
A pretreatment method of benzo (α) pyrene residue in Camellia oleifera seeds and its detection technology were established. Methods Benzo (α) pyrene was extracted from the seeds of Camellia oleifera by ultrasonic extraction using petroleum ether, and was saponified and degreased by ethanolic potassium hydroxide solution. The petroleum ether extract was extracted by petroleum ether and detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The method LOQ was 0.1μg / kg, the average recovery was 84.0% ~ 94.0%, the relative standard deviation was 4.29% ~ 8.26%. The results show that the method has good reproducibility, high sensitivity, simple operation and accurate results. It is suitable for the determination of benzo (α) pyrene residue in Camellia oleifera seeds.
