新课改随着开展的不断深入,逐渐延伸到了高中的每个课程中。音乐教学是以培养高中生音乐素养的为主要目的,在当前新课改的背景下,教学活动的开展一定要符合新课改的要求,要重视学生的主体性,教学方式也要灵活多变,并在充分利用音乐资源的基础上,充分调动学生的学习兴趣。学校方面要积极配合,除了提升音乐教师的整体素质之外,还要积极改善学校激励机制,吸引音乐优秀人才加入到教学队伍中,全面促进学生音乐素养的提升。
