无论是任何企业还是单位,对人力资源进行有效的管理,都是促进企业合理发展的必要手段。随着社会的信息化程度的不断加深,广电企业的发展势头也越来越迅猛,在广电企业发展的过程中,人力资源管理所占有的地位也是越来越重要的。但是在现阶段的广电人力资源管理过程中还存在着不小的问题。面对如此迅猛的发展势头,没有良好的人力资源管理作为坚实的内部基础,不仅不能给企业自身的发展进行良好的控制,还会给企业的发展造成巨大的阻碍,甚至被排挤出发展的大潮。因此,文章以人力资源的含义、特征以及重要性作为文章的切入点,对广电企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行一下细致的分析,并针对相关问题,进一步提出一些解决问题的对策,希望通过文章的论述,对完善广电人力资源管理措施提供有利的思考与帮助。
