顺应“互联网+”的发展趋势,在对新疆南疆电子商务职业教育进行帮扶的同时,借助其丰富的物产资源开展真实的项目促进当地对电子商务技能的掌握。采用产教融合的模式,以真实电子商务项目运营贯穿始终,从培养目标确定、课程开发、“双师型”少数民族师资队伍建设、实训基地建设进行帮扶,形成互相影响及促进的“五维一体”发展策略。
