在小学阶段,加强小学生的德育也是教师工作的重要组成部分。语文是小学的主要学科,且具有较强的人文性。在小学语文的教学过程中,教师在给学生讲解字、词、课文的过程中将德育渗透进去,可以在潜移默化中加强小学生的德育。教师不仅要在语文课堂教学中渗透德育,还要在日常生活中观察小学生的情绪变化和其他表现,巩固德育成果。
