从矿山机械的实际应用情况出发,首先对超磁致伸缩致动器的相关工作原理进行了详细阐述,然后以前人的理论研究为基础,制定了对致动器抑制颤振作用的实验方案,并得到了较好的实验结果。实验表明:不同的激振频率、不同的位置,对加工零件的颤振抑制作用不同,其中在X、Y方向能获得很好的抑制颤振作用,同时在高频激振的作用下也能较好地抑制颤振作用。
Based on the practical application of mining machinery, the relevant working principle of Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator is elaborated in detail. Based on the previous theoretical studies, an experimental scheme of suppressing the flutter of the actuator is developed. And get better experimental results. Experiments show that different excitation frequencies and different positions have different effects on the flutter suppression of the machined parts. In the X and Y directions, a good flutter suppression effect can be obtained, and under the action of high frequency excitation Flutter is better suppressed.
