根据标准JGJ 52—2006《普通混凝土用砂、石质量及检验方法标准》的硝酸银标液滴定法测试氯离子含量时,前期烘干、浸泡耗时长达3~4小时,往往不能及时检测出砂的氯离子含量,从而影响搅拌站生产质量及效率。本文参考水工中的快速离子选择电极法并对此进行改进,使用高温电炉将砂子快速炒干,叶轮搅拌机快速搅拌均匀使砂子中的氯离子快速溶解,可快速检测砂中的氯离子含量,耗时缩短为30分钟左右,经验证,与硝酸银标液滴定法的检验结果基本一致。
