多元化经营是企业战略管理的重要研究领域。对于企业如何有效开展多元化经营已经多有研究文献,但对于企业开展多元化经营的动因,则研究者不多。本文就是在综合大量文献的基础上,系统地总结了企业多元化的动因,并提出多元化存在显性和隐性两种动因。
Diversification is an important research field of strategic management. There is much research literature on how to carry out diversification effectively in an enterprise, but there are not many researchers who are motivated to carry out diversification. Based on a large amount of literature, this paper systematically summarizes the motivation of the diversification of enterprises and puts forward that there are two kinds of motivation for the diversification.
