本试验以葡萄皮渣为原料,通过研究单一菌种和复合菌种对皮渣发酵生产有机肥的影响,来筛选适宜葡萄皮渣固态发酵的菌种。结果表明:单一菌种中白腐真菌的处理发酵效果较好,其腐殖酸含量、全氮含量最高;复合菌种中白腐真菌、白地霉、黑曲霉的复合处理腐殖酸含量、全氮、全磷含量均最高,且全氮、全磷含量高于单一菌种处理。综合考虑可用白腐真菌、白地霉、黑曲霉的组合来作为发酵葡萄皮渣生产有机肥的菌剂。
In this experiment, grape skin residue was used as raw material to study the effects of single strain and compound strain on organic fertilizer production by skin residue fermentation to screen the suitable strains for solid state fermentation of grape skin residue. The results showed that the treatment of white rot fungi in a single strain was better, with the highest content of humic acid and total nitrogen. The content of humic acid in white fungi, white earth mildew and Aspergillus niger in the composite strains was the highest Nitrogen and total phosphorus were the highest, and total nitrogen and total phosphorus were higher than single species. Considering the combination of white rot fungus, Geotrichum candidum and Aspergillus niger, it can be used as a microbial agent for fermented grape skin residue.
