本文以硝酸银染色方法,检测羰基镍产业工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体核仁形成区的活性。结果发现,男性实验组Ag-NOR活性明显受抑制,而女性实验组却未见有明显的Ag-NOR活性的改变,提示羰基镍对染色体rRNA的代谢影响与性别有一定关系。
In this paper, silver nitrate staining method to detect carbonyl nickel industry workers peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome nucleolaris formation area activity. The results showed that Ag-NOR activity in male experimental group was significantly inhibited, while the female experimental group showed no significant changes in Ag-NOR activity, suggesting that nickel carbonyl on chromosome rRNA metabolism and sex have a certain relationship.
