随着国家智能电网的快速发展和原电网的升级改造,自动化变电站已初具规模,城市、农村电网线路逐渐完善,为国家电网公司实施“三集五大”战略提供了扎实的基础。实施调控一体化,就是国家电网公司在此基础上进行的改革,调控一体化下的电网运行是否安全、管理模式是否科学,这些都直接涉及到电力企业的利润和全社会的整体经济效益。
With the rapid development of the national smart grid and upgrading of the original power grid, automation substations have begun to take shape and urban and rural power grids have been gradually perfected, providing a solid foundation for the State Grid Corporation to implement the “three sets and five major” strategies. The implementation of regulation and control integration is the reform made by SGCC on this basis. Whether the grid operation under regulation and control is integrated is safe and the management mode is scientific, these are directly related to the profits of power enterprises and the overall economic benefits of the whole society.
