论农民工法律援助机制的改革

法律援助对农民工合法权益保护极为重要。我国政府、民间组织等积极探索农民工法律援助的新机制,但当前农民工法律援助制度仍然存在诸多制度上的瓶颈,改革需要进一步推进。具体而言,需要进一步完善立法、整合资源、多渠道筹集农民工法律援助经费以及加强法律援助机构建设和人员配置。

Legal aid is very important to protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers. Our government and non-governmental organizations have actively explored the new mechanism of legal aid for migrant workers. However, there are still many institutional bottlenecks in the current legal aid system for migrant workers, and the reform needs to be further promoted. Specifically, we need to further improve legislation, integrate resources, raise funds for legal aid for migrant workers through multiple channels, and strengthen the construction and staffing of legal aid agencies.
