ND_2内燃机车转向架的支承装置中,有一对球面付——球面体与支承。过去球面体和支承是用人工研磨,不仅生产率低(每人每天只能磨1~2套),而且,劳动强度很大,很难达到图纸中70%的接触面的要求。根据上述情况,我厂利用土办法,制作出一套机械研磨机来代替人工研磨。机械研磨机是利用一台立钻做动力头,其构造见附图。压杆6装到立钻的主轴上,压杆与弹簧垫用球
