测定进口分装拉氧头孢对625株致病菌的体外抗菌活性,并与原装进口拉氧头孢及其它6种抗菌剂进行了比较。结果显示:拉氧头孢对肠杆菌科的常见致病菌具有强大抗菌活性,MIC(90)均≤8μg/ml,抑菌率均在90%以上。其抗菌作用与头孢他啶、氨曲南、亚胺培南和环丙沙星相似,略优于头孢噻肟和头孢哌酮。本品对绿脓假单胞菌也有一定作用,MIC(90)为8μg/ml;对不动杆菌作用差。本品对金葡球菌中度敏感,其MIC(50)和MIC(90)分别为4和16μg/ml,抑菌率为81%,与头孢他啶相似。本品对表葡球菌和粪链球菌作用较差,对四联球菌中度敏感。进口分装拉氧头孢与原装进口产品的体外抗菌活性无显著差别;大多数细菌的MIC和MBC亦无显著性差别。本研究为进口分装拉氧头孢的临床应用提供参考。
The in vitro antibacterial activity of imported dexamethasone against 625 strains of pathogens was determined and compared with the imported imported deoxythiospores and other 6 antibacterial agents. The results showed that cefotaxime had strong antibacterial activity against common pathogenic bacteria of Enterobacteriaceae, the MIC (90) were all less than 8μg / ml, and the antibacterial rates were over 90%. Its antibacterial activity and ceftazidime, aztreonam, imipenem and ciprofloxacin similar to slightly better than cefotaxime and cefoperazone. This product has a certain effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, MIC (90) is 8μg / ml; poor effect on Acinetobacter. This product is moderately sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus, its MIC (90) and MIC (90) were 4 and 16μg / ml, respectively, with an antibacterial rate of 81% similar to ceftazidime. The goods on the Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus faecalis poor, moderately sensitive to Tetanus. There was no significant difference in in vitro antibacterial activity between imported deoxyfenxapram and original imported products. There was no significant difference between MIC and MBC of most bacteria. This study provides a reference for the clinical application of imported pullout cephalosporins.
