The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly held a video conference to implement the special vocational training program for 2010. Enterprises to attract migrant workers training, labor preparation training and entrepreneurship training has become the focus of this year's special vocational training programs.
