针对MG750/1915型电牵引采煤机在工作时发生的摇臂下降问题,建立了以摇臂下降为顶事件的故障树,通过布尔代数运算,得到故障树的各阶最小割集。根据最小割集求得故障树顶事件的发生概率及基本事件的结构重要度、概率重要度和关键重要度。结构重要度和概率重要度的排序结果表明,单向阀和活塞密封圈是影响采煤机调高系统可靠性的主要因素。并根据关键重要度的排序给出了摇臂下降故障的诊断策略。
Aimed at the rocker arm descent of MG750 / 1915 electric haulage shearer during operation, a fault tree with rocker arm descending as the top event was established. By using Boolean algebra, the minimum cut sets of every order of the fault tree were obtained. According to the minimum cut set, the probability of occurrence of the top of the fault tree and the structural importance, probability importance and critical importance of the basic event are obtained. The results of the structure importance and probability importance indicate that the check valve and the piston ring are the main factors that affect the reliability of the shearer in raising the system reliability. According to the order of the key importance, the diagnosis strategy of rocker arm descending fault is given.
