找出阻抗容积图讯号与循环系统力学参量之间的关系,是阻抗图技术的基本理论问题之一。本文从弹性腔模型出发,根据血液流动的连续性原理建立起肺血流图的基本微分方程。这个方程的解将血流图讯号表示为肺动静脉压力波交流成份、血管阻力、顺应性等力学参量的函数,从而在理论上求出了血流图讯号与循环系统参量的关系。将所得结果与临床实验对照,解释了肺心病人血流图波幅下降、肺郁血病人下降支抬高等事实。
To find out the relationship between impedance volumetric signal and circulatory system mechanical parameters is one of the basic theoretical problems of impedance map technology. Based on the elastic cavity model, the basic differential equation of pulmonary blood flow diagram is established according to the continuity of blood flow. The solution to this equation expresses the blood flow signal as a function of mechanical parameters such as AC component of pulmonary arteriovenous pressure wave, vascular resistance, compliance and so on, and thus theoretically determines the relationship between the blood flow diagram signal and the parameters of the circulatory system. Comparing the results with clinical trials, the paper explained the fact that the amplitude of blood flow diagram in pulmonary heart disease was decreased and the descending branch of pulmonary disease was elevated.
