展望未来改革现实做到文献信息的资源共享

高校要创造信息化的环境和氛围，图书资料部门应站在积极主动的位置上。但是，高校的图书资料部门却面临着经费短缺、人员流失且素质偏低、管理落后的困扰。本文就高校图书资料部门（主要是系、所资料室）如何既要适应信息化的要求，又要立足现实，改革现实，进而实现联合，做到文献信息的资料共享，提出一些设想。

Colleges and universities to create the information environment and atmosphere, book information departments should be on the proactive position. However, the library and information departments of colleges and universities are confronted with the problems of shortage of funds, loss of staff, low quality and backward management. This article on the university library and information departments (mainly the Department, the reference room) how to both meet the requirements of information technology, but also based on reality, the reality of reform, and then to achieve joint, so that the information sharing of literature and information, put forward some ideas.
