In order to strengthen the management of newly-added vehicles and speed up the development of high-grade highways in Shanxi Province, Shanxi Provincial People’s Government issued Document 65 of Jin Zhengfa on June 19, 1993, promulgating the Measures for the Implementation of Shanxi’s Measures for Imposing New Vehicle Charges.
