野战条件下手术照明是一个老大难问题,自1947年以来,我们走访了一些单位,先后进行了4次研制改革,到1987年为止,在有关单位的协助下,初步制成了这种简易的野战手术无影灯,现介绍如下: 一、特点 1.体积小(可以折合)(见附图);2.重量轻(4.25公斤),携带方便;3.交、直流电都行,且耗电较少;4.照明度能满足手术需要;5.聚焦与无影效果。经多次手术实践证明能达到手术时要求的条件(包括深部手术操作)。二、主要部件组成及性能 1.(1)电源:交流电220伏(自备发电机),经变压器降至12伏。(2)汽车照明电源12伏。 2.灯头发光部分(由7个普通大手电灯头组
